This special micromanipulator is used to achieve
micro spot sizes (regular CO2 micromanipulators,
using a 300mm lens, only focus to about 0.6mm spots).
Used for middle ear surgery or other fine microsurgery
to achieve tiny spots.

Fits Zeiss microscopes, and others with adaptor.
New mirrors cost about $1100 and are available
through Lumenis.

This unit came out of a major US hospital in excellent
condition.
